Refund policy

We offer complimentary returns within 30 days of the delivery date for any Take Two creations that are ready to ship.

All Take Two ready to ship creations must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them in the original packaging, including any cards or certificates. We are unable to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way. It is not possible to return or exchange creations that have been made to order, engraved, embossed, modified, or personalized. 

Please be advised that in order to keep our margins as thin as possible, the majority of our pieces are made to order for each client which allows for personalizations and alterations in almost all of our pieces!
